So My Real Name is Lindsay.

It all started in a dorm room at Purdue University in 2008, where I created the worst remake of the Happy Birthday song ever on Fruity Loops. My friends laughed saying my song sounded as if Nickelodeon made an attempt at Trap Music. We all live and we learn, right?

Come 2015, I was a successful Engineer that finally upgraded to FL Studio 11, Producer Edition. So, despite my laughable previous beats, I made a few new original songs and remixes and decided to post them on SoundCloud. One of my songs caught the attention of my fellow Engineer and friend, DJ SpinFresh. He knew with my extensive dance background and ability to play 3 musical instruments, that I would know better than most what would make people want to dance and I'd understand the musicality of it all. Later that year I went from opening for him at an annual Summer block party, to creating audition mixes for my fellow NFL Cheerleaders. Shortly afterwards I decided to go by the name SolidW3rks. It might not be the most appealing name in the books, but there’s method to my madness. For my non-Engineers out there, there is a 3D design software that I used to frequently use called Solidworks. Got it? Yeah I know, it's corny, but thankfully my mixing skills make up for it.
